Return Policy
•Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of Sidhaa and Ayurveda medicines, returns are not accepted once the order is placed 
•Products once sold are considered non-returnable as per health and hygiene regulations.
 
Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement
 
A return or replacement will be accepted only under the following conditions:
•The product received is damaged or leaking while unboxing with proper video
•The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or quantity).
•The product is expired at the time of delivery 
       
For any of the above issues, customers must:
•Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
•Share order ID and clear photo/video proof of the issue.
 
Refund Process
 
Once the complaint is verified and approved:
•Replacement of the particular product will be sent with in 5-7 Business days
 
Non-Replaceable Criteria 
 
No refund or return will be provided for:
•Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
•Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
•Delay in raising the complaint beyond the specified time window.
